Teething timeline When it comes to teething, there’s no hard and fast rule as to when and how your baby will start to teeth. However, generally speaking, here’s an estimated timeline (might not be applicable to some babies, so don’t panic): Bottom two central incisors: 6-10 months Top two central incisors: 8-12 months Four top & bottom lateral incisors: 9-16 months Four top & bottom canines: 16-23 months Four first molars: 13-19 months Four second molars: 23-33 months Total: 20 baby teeth in the span of more or less 33 months (almost 3 years)
