Preparation & Application
1. Soak one sachet in 500ml of hot water for ten minutes
2. Cool solution till lukewarm before using, remove sachet for further use
3. Wash genital area with the lukewarm extract
Optional
1. For a stronger solution, boil one sachet in 1 liter of water for 15 minutes
2. Pour hot extract into a round basin and mix with 1 liter of water for a warm solution
3. Place basin inside the rim of toilet bowl and sit in the solution, immersing the genital area
Tip: Commence using the product immediately after delivery for 10 days. Use twice a day, each sachet can be used twice.
